Return/Refund Policy

Cancellations

Once an order is placed you have an hour to cancel, after that hour, it cannot be cancelled. Please be sure to double check that all your information is properly entered and that you are ordering what you truly want.

 

Shipping/Delivery

Please be aware we run on a made to order structure; meaning your garments are made by hand after your orders are received. Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days after the order is placed. Once the package is sent off, Aspire has no control over shipping. Delivery usually takes 6-10 business days. Note that due to COVID-19, you may experience delays. 

 

Damages/Issues

Please be sure to inspect your order upon delivery. If something is wrong with your order (item is wrong size, wrong item shipped, wrong color garment etc), please email customerservice@aspiretbd.com so the issue can be resolved right away. When emailing, be sure to include your first and last name, a photo of the item, your order number and the issue with the order.

 

Returns/Refunds

We do not accept returns which means we do not authorize refunds in this event. All sales are final.

 

Exchanges

We do not honor exchanges.
